Welcome to

Portomorto

How did we get here?

After the zombie outbreak ended, the world moved on—humans rebuilt, society healed, and Porto Morto was left to rot in peace. Forgotten by the living, it became a paradise for you and your zombie family, where the afterlife was as perfect as it gets—no jobs, no taxes, no pulse, no problems.

That is, until C.A.R.E., a for-profit health tech giant, caught wind of your undead paradise and sent an army of Cure Bots to “fix” you, forcibly turning zombies back into humans.
Now, scattered and separated from your family, you’ll have to fight back, rescue your loved ones, and restore your town before the cure wipes out zombie-kind for good.

But as you push deeper into the island, you’ll uncover a darker truth about C.A.R.E.—because turning you human might just be step one.

Stu

A short Sentence goes here.

Stu considers himself the ultimate fix-it dad. In reality? He’s a well-meaning disaster and a walking safety hazard in denim shorts.

When C.A.R.E. invades Porto Morto and takes his family, Stu does what any devoted zombie dad would—grabs a plunger and charges headfirst into battle.
With buns of steel and boundless enthusiasm, he slashes, swings, and cannonballs through Cure Bots with reckless determination and accidental genius.

HADES

A small line about him.

Hades is the heart of the Rottington family—equal parts loyal companion and unhinged feral gremlin. Sweet to his pack, terrifying to everyone else, he’s a blur of claws, teeth, and pure unfiltered chaos.
When his family is threatened, Hades becomes a loose cannon on four legs, tearing through Cure Bots with lightning-fast movements. One second he’s there, the next—boom, metal scraps everywhere.
He may be undead, unhinged, and completely off-leash, but he’s still a very, very good boy.

BLAIR

A small line about him.

Blair lives for three things: loud music, louder opinions, and pretending she doesn’t care. A punk-rock firecracker with a soft spot she’ll never admit to, she’ll push you into traffic and then write you a love song about it, expressing herself best through ear-splitting, glass-shattering vocals.Luckily, her voice isn’t just a creative outlet—it’s a weapon. Blair dials it up to 11, using her high-pitched metal screams to blast Cure Bots to pieces and clear a path for her family. Whether she’s shredding a solo or shredding an enemy, she’s here to make some noise.

BRAM

A small line about him.

He’s smarter than you, filthier than you, and completely unbothered by both facts. A walking science fair of explosions, questionable experiments, and deeply concerning hygiene choices, Bram sees the world as one big problem to solve—or blow up.
His makeshift gadgets and contraptions are unpredictable, borderline illegal, and exactly what the Rottingtons need to throw C.A.R.E. into chaos.
For once, causing total destruction isn’t just allowed—it’s necessary.

GORY Anne

A small sentence goes here.

Goryann is a whirlwind of artistic expression who believes Porto Morto should be as fabulous as she is.
Goryann doesn’t throw punches—she throws costumes, wigs, and just enough sequins to keep her family hidden in plain sight.
But blending in isn’t enough—she’s on a mission to revive Porto Morto’s flair, charm, and questionable fashion sense one over-the-top restoration project at a time.

C.A.R.E. - The Cure You Didn’t Ask For

Bankrolled by notoriously shady tech baron Bennett Shroud, C.A.R.E. started as a promising healthcare startup—then quickly spiraled into a global, profit-hungry empire. Armed with Dr. Stinkenbach’s so-called “miracle cure” for the zombie outbreak, C.A.R.E. built an army of Cure Bots—needle-handed enforcers programmed to “fix” the undead whether they like it or not. While C.A.R.E. claims to be saving humanity, skeptics argue the company’s real goal isn’t stopping the outbreak—it’s monetizing it, turning a global crisis into a privatized healthcare goldmine.
